Join Us: Flocabulary’s First #FlocabChat
Now, we want to provide a way for these educators to share with one another. And what better outlet to connect them than through Twitter? Introducing: #FlocabChat.[/vc_column_text][vcex_spacing][vc_message message_box_color=”sky” icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-twitter”]We’re kicking off our first Twitter chat on Tuesday, September 13 at 8 PM ET with a topic we’re excited to explore with the Flocab community: engaging students to enjoy writing across the curriculum. [/vc_message][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]At Flocab, we believe that student writing is powerful—it allows students to find and express their voice, while helping them master the content they’re writing about. An example of a writing activity we love, of course, is writing academic rhymes (and if you haven’t seen it yet, our new tool Lyric Lab helps students do just that!). But we know that our participants will shed light on many other helpful tips and strategies as well.
As you mark your calendar for #FlocabChat, see a list of questions below that we’ll tackle together so you can collect your thoughts ahead of time. And while you’re at it make sure to follow our friend Jon Smith, who will host the chat!
